These terms govern your use of Goal.fit, a service operated by LabStack LLC. By using Goal, you agree to these terms.

The service
Goal provides personal nutrition tracking, body-progress history, optional health context, and conditional estimates. Goal is a wellness and informational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, dietetic care, or emergency services.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, verified identifiers, devices, and passkeys. Information you provide must be accurate enough for the feature using it. Notify us promptly if you believe another person has accessed your account.
Your choices and responsibility
Targets, suggestions, estimates, and projections depend on the information available and may be incomplete or wrong. You decide whether to accept, edit, or ignore them and remain responsible for your food, activity, health, and care decisions. Seek a qualified professional for medical or individualized nutrition advice.
Acceptable use
You may not access another person's account, probe or disrupt the service without permission, circumvent safeguards, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful content, or use Goal in violation of law or third-party rights.
Your data and our software
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, display, protect, and delete that information as described in the Privacy Policy. Goal's software, product design, brand, and original content belong to LabStack LLC and its licensors.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Goal reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. We may update features and these terms. If a material change requires a new choice or consent, Goal will request it rather than treating silence as approval.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goal is provided “as is” without a guarantee that estimates, projections, imported information, or service availability will be complete or error-free. LabStack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access needed to protect users, infrastructure, or legal obligations. You may stop using Goal.fit, delete Goal.fit data while keeping your account, or delete your account. Provisions that by their nature survive termination remain in effect.
